At our community integration circles, workshops and meetups, you can expect an open and supportive space where women gather to discuss and experience the healing potential of holistic and natural modalities. We aim to foster respectful conversations, share personal experiences, and learn from each other's perspectives, with the goal of promoting understanding, well-being, and safety. We hope to have you join us.​

Please note: Our free integration circles are on Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30pm MT. These are all weekly virtual meetings, with the exception of the third Thursday of every month when the meeting is in-person instead.
