Mindful Microdosing 4-Week Women's Group
A structured, intimate 30-day journey for women ready to begin or deepen a conscious microdosing practice - with real science, real support, and a community of women walking alongside you.
About This Program
Mindful Microdosing is not a drop-in class or a one-time workshop. It is a full 30-day container - four weekly 90-minute live sessions, pre-group preparation materials, weekly education, experiential practices, daily tracking tools, and post-program resources - all designed to give you everything you need to microdose intentionally, safely, and with lasting results.
This program was built for two kinds of women: those who are curious about microdosing and want a safe, informed place to start, and those who are already microdosing and ready to go deeper with structure, community, and guidance.
Whether you are at day zero or have been dabbling on your own, this group meets you where you are.Sessions are limited to 6 women, by design.
This is an intimate, high-trust container - not a webinar, not a course you consume passively. You will be known here.
What You Will Learn
Each session builds on the last across four progressive themes:
Week 1 - Foundations & Intentions
You will leave your first session with a clear understanding of the science behind microdosing - how neuroplasticity, the default mode network, and the serotonin system are involved - as well as your chosen protocol in hand and your first dose ready to take. We cover all three microdose medicines, how to choose between them, protocols including Fadiman and Stamets, contraindications and medication interactions, and harm reduction practices.
Week 2 - The Body as Guide
By your second session you will be approximately one week into your protocol. We focus here on dose calibration, reading your body's signals, the relationship between your menstrual cycle, lunar cycle, and microdosing sensitivity, neuroplasticity and rest days, and optional stacking with supplements like Lion's Mane and niacin.
Week 3 - Integration: Mind, Body & Spirit
This is the heart of the program. We explore what integration actually means across all three dimensions: the mind (thought patterns, the inner critic, shadow material, cognitive practices), the body (somatic experiencing, what physical symptoms mean, embodied practices), and the spirit (meaning, awe, ritual, creativity, and how to avoid spiritual bypassing). You will leave with a personal Integration Triad - one practice anchoring each dimension of your healing.
Week 4 - Sustainability & The Long Term
We close by helping you assess where you are after 30 days, decide whether to continue, pause, or take a full break from your protocol, develop your own protocol sovereignty, and understand the lifestyle factors that most amplify your practice long-term. We close with a celebration circle honoring the work each woman has done.
