At Colorado Sisters in Psychedelics (COSIP), our services are designed to support you on your healing journey, whether you're exploring personal growth, preparing for a transformative experience, integrating insights, or deepening your relationship with plant wisdom in a safe and grounded way.
We offer individual sessions, private group experiences, and community-based healing services, all rooted in harm reduction, personal sovereignty, and trauma-informed care. Every offering is hosted by experienced guides who blend clinical skill, spiritual wisdom, and lived experience with psychedelic healing.
Community Meetups
In-Person Meetups
Free meetups on a monthly or every other month basis, to connect with other women, experience nature or a wellness activity, or simply enjoy each other's company. Join us for hiking, paddleboarding, happy hours, walks, and more
Special Events
We host special events such as guided hikes, meditation, ceremonies, and more. These events are generally facilitated by an experienced healer from the community and offered at a reduced or donation-based rate for CO-SIP members
Private Support
Move through your personal plant medicine journey with clarity, confidence and compassionate support. Receive individualized preparation, ceremony curation, and integration within a mind/body/spirit framework.
Plant Medicine Ceremony
1:1 or microdosing coaching can help you navigate intention-setting, protocols, tracking your experience, and understanding how these practices may support emotional balance, creativity, and personal healing.
Microdosing
Workshops & Groups
Mindful Microdosing 4-Week Women's Group
A small, structured program offering education and peer support for starting or deepening a microdose practice. Women only, virtual offering. Can be booked privately for your women's group or circle, or join one already scheduled.
Mushroom & Cacao Bar Workshop
Hands on workshop to learn how to blend cacao with mushrooms to create your own magic chocolate bar. This workshop is scheduled a few times per year but also bookable for private parties, retreats, and other events.

What This Experience Includes
Hands-On Cacao/Mushroom Bar Creation
Participants explore a curated selection of herbs, spices, adaptogens, mushrooms, and textures, then craft their own custom cosmic cacao bar guided by intuition and intention. Everyone leaves with a beautifully wrapped, personalized bar.
Educational + Experiential Learning
Learn about the benefits of cacao, ceremonial vs. daily cacao, and synergy with supportive botanicals. Gain knowledge of various mushrooms and how to portion/blend your bars for your intentions.
Intention Setting & Mindful Connection
We open with a grounding moment to set intentions and reconnect with presence, creativity, and community. We also close with connection and integration of the experience.
Optional Cacao Tasting
Close your experience with a gentle cacao tasting and try a few different recipes. Heart-opening, relaxing, and deeply connecting for groups.

You simply provide the space, we bring everything else.
How to Book a Workshop
Email connect@cosistersinpsychedelics.org with the projected date of your desired workshop and the number of participants. Once confirmed, pay your security deposit or for the workshop in full. Final group head count and payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event.
