Gather & Ground: An Earth Day Sister Gathering

Join us for a free women’s gathering in honor of Earth Day and experience a space to slow down, connect with nature, and share meaningful time in community.

We’ll begin with a gentle, easy walk along a quiet urban trail, and start with a land acknowledgment and simple reciprocity practice to honor and give back to the earth.

From there, we’ll gather in circle for a guided, reflective group experience designed to support presence, connection, and grounding.

This is a relaxed and welcoming space for women of all backgrounds, whether you’re coming for the movement, the reflection, or the connection.

This is also a microdose-friendly space for those who choose to incorporate that into their personal practice, though it is entirely optional and not at all required. If you'd like suggestions or safe sourcing options, please don't hesitate to reach out.
