About the event
We're a laid back and open-minded group of women gathering together for a laid back day of self-care in the park - featuring ice cream, lawn games, and acudetox/ear seeds.
Join us on Sunday September 13th from 2-4pm on on the Northwest side of Sloan's Lake for a community gathering integrating a bit of fun along with some self-care. This event is free to attend.
CO-SIP will be providing:
Ice cream with a variety of yummy toppings to choose from
An acudetox specialist providing the 5-point ear acupuncture treatment for stress relief and wellness
A variety of lawn games & ice breaker games
